Hi,
this weekend we went to a nice herping place in the south-west of Germany:
We had some Podarcis muralis:
...the Lacerta bilineata where rather shy:
nearby, at the river - numerous dragonflies: Onychogomphus forcitpatus
Here, we found this guy:
And, later on, we managed to get this shot - note, that Natrix tessellata may be rather common in some places in Europe but in Germany it is an extremely endangered species!
