3 Days ago I went out for a walk with our dog in a nearby forest.
Beside the path the grass was cut so there where lots of Common Lizards, Slow Worms and Grass Snakes using this area to bask.
One was this black beauty with brown spots. Unfortunately she was not coming out again, so I only got her head on the photo.

- Bored dog after one hour waiting for a stupid black lizard to come out again ;)

It was an adult one, maybe the colouration is difficult to imagine, I hope I get a photo from the hole lizard next time at the same place.
