Very nice shots Mario, I do love the male Vipera aspis (would you have more pictures of it? it's never too much...). I have to admit that the Tatzelwurm sp. is very impressive too, but I think he is suffering from the warm :D

I dont have any correct values of the temerature, but feeling says Vipera berus ~ 20°-25°C and the Aspi-Vipers about 25°C-30°C. But as I said, thats only my personal feeling about the temepratures.

The car-thermometre said 19°C (in the shade) at arriving at the berus place. So, maybe the temperature raised up to 25 or even a bit more there.
Down at the asp viper I havn´t looked, but I think it was between 25 to 30°C, as Andre wrote.
