Indeed, I also think the Habitat Directive rules for all of Europe, eventhough this may seem silly in this case.

Habitats Directive only applies to a species in its 'natural range', but I think you would need to prove how you came by it...

Not true for muralis in Flanders, somehow, but I think/hope you know better than I do .
