No literal classroom, Bero, I could just as well have written "personal opinions blog" or "street corner".

Do you think Shakespeare and Dante would have labelled your "Just USE it" as a humble use of words? Were you truly following your own credo by using sufficient wording to add nuance? Perhaps smilies are your ticket after all. ;) :P    :ugeek:

Enough silliness for one day, I'm going herping.

I can only hope they would. Maybe not as "humble", but as sensible. They were both quite practical people, after all.

I think I did use sufficient wording to add "nuance". Ask Shakespeare. Or Dante. (Or Micha perhaps, he's a much sterner judge.)
After all, since when are the "smilies" or "emoticons" a means to confer nuances...?! I rather see them as "crutches" that confer
much coarser messages...
But you did get it, didn't you? Then it worked. Even without smilies. (No, no, & no, I do not HATE them... for me they're just
mildly childish - for the grownups like us. Anyway, just forgetaboutit.)
Enough silliness for one day, I'm going herping

Lucky you. All the best. Pax & bonum, amice.

Just remember how many Natrix natrix "tessellatoides" one can encounter e.g. on the island of Krk... Always
"cool", but sometimes terribly misleading to some of the "enthusiasts"... who hasten to premature conclusions.
You know what I mean... of course you do - we've seen some of those together.
(I mean, "tessellatoides" , not the "enthusiasts"...) Here is just one of them you haven't seen:
