A friend went bird watching in Siberia. He also has been taken some photos of amphibians and reptiles and asked me for a determination!?!
I have been searching on internet but did not find a herpetological Siberian checklist (to start).
Who can help me with advice or literature?
Sincere thanks
André

Hi,

for reptiles, PDF-1766 in database may help, for amphibians you may look to PDF-2507.
Or you may put the pictures here into the forum for determination.

Oh, herps seem to be from the "far east" - on the pic of Bombina orientalis!
Your "berus" might be a member of Vipera renardi group. Locality would be very helpfull.
Also for all the other amphibians - I´m not sure if one is one of our European species!
