Bero, from my viewpoint that would be a Bombina bombina (or hybrid) (despite less reddish underparts - typical stuff in E Croatia too).

Yrs, it is a Bombina bombina, for sure.

But regarding Paul's green Bombina from Montenegro, nobody actually said which of the two species it was.

? There's only variegata in Montenegro.
