Telescopus fallax: two specimens found in the same night, on the same road.
The second one was an adult, while the first one was a rather small specimen.

On those two small water ponds we could watch Natrix natrix catching prey, and could count even 5-6 specimens together in one pond... :P

Two specimens "together", and one frog...

Two specimens are photographed together, but the one which reaches the shore seems to be very beautifully coloured...

The beautifully bluish coloured specimen finally reaches the shore...

And, in fact, it's really beautiful (even if injured/menomated on a lower jaw)

Thanks, I could easily reach Cres with a regular bus line from Zagreb. (I also wish I could do it right now,
but I can't, just as you.) But do you really believe just everyone fares like that on Cres?! The guy's quite
obviously a wizard, if not something even "worse" than that... To the best of my knowledge, noone has
ever had the opportunity to boast of anything like that...

Other Natrix (from some distance), the last of which with a prey, captured after being scared by my presence and during a very fast escape from the shore to the center of the pond!
