I don't know if they are known from Rab yet. If found lots in Barbat on a restaurant wall.

yes, that's where our Hemidactylus was close by.

and there are only 3 ponds around Osor, where Emys occurs on the whole island

Okay ive tried to upload it but it just wont work with my phone, ill Post it as soon as I can. Ive seen two babies and an adult so far but I never took to much time to search for more as People got worried about the flashlights in their backyards :D
I only Manager to get a shot with my smartphone bit you can See what species it is

Thanks, take your time, if need be. And never mind the locals troubled by your flashlights in their backyards,
who fu..s them, tell them it's of a cosmic importance for our species and its science... or just ignore them.

Paul, is this the original picture of the gecko?
looks very smooth, much to smooth for a H. turcicus. The ringed tail points to a young individual.

Maybe just a blurred picture? Hope there are more, in better resolution.

Sadly its the only one i managed to get they were quite fast and shy. Now its very blurry but the gecko had little knob on his back just like a H. Turcicus if you want to, I can send you two the address of the apartment as private message where i found them. The owners said that they were there longer and that there were quite many
And this one was very small so a juvenile there also were bigger ones but they were too far up the Wall and to fast for Fotos sadly
