Great documentation! Thanks Mario.

Caspian Whip snakes are famous for ophiophagy but I've never seen one with such big and dangerous prey (although how dangerous the prey is depends on the level of immunity the whip snake has to venom). They are really lightning fast. I've always loved Dolichophis, sorry viper lovers ;)

I had a turkish paper for review, on preying of herps by D. jugularis on Cyprus (photodocumentaion). Beside others the whipsnake is feeding on "large" lebetinas two times.
paper should be available this autumn.
