Thogether with my Mom and Dad, I visited Montenegro with our caravan. We started on the 18. July and stayed there for almost two weeks. On our way there and back we made a few stops in Croatia to look for Herps.

The first two days we spent at the Vrana lake on the Dalmatian Coast. The weather was cloudy and later it also started to rain. So not too bad for herping in Summer. Although, we didn't find that many Reptiles during the day, we were very lucky at night.

We continued our journey and finally reached the Montenegrian broder. In the next two weeks we visited the Lustica Peninsula, Sutomore, Ada Bojana, Lake Skadar, Biogradska Gora NP, Durmitor NP and a short stop at the Prokletije Mountains. In total we could find 29 species and we were very happy to find so many species during the hot summer days. Here are some pictures of our finds.
