I´ve made one week beach holiday in Sardinian with my girlfriend. In the early morning I had the chance to search for reptiles...I think with success :)

Great photos Andre, that cetti is simply stunning! For me the most beautiful Natrix natrix ssp (schweizeri a very close second ;) )

Very nice, André! I´know how strenuous a summer-hike in the Sarrabus can be, so I was very glad to read that your sustained efforts were rewarded (although the suspense continued till the end...;)).

The photos are lovely! I especially like the Discoglossus (guess what) and the young Hierophis.
