Maybe we should rule out at least attempts made in suboptimal seasons. I can't remember where I read or heard, but there have been (more) recent sightings by local people. I also think that in general targeting a single specific snake species in a single area more often than not remains unsuccessful. And then there's the 'Engelen Factor'.

This has nothing to do with the 'Engelen' factor. Everybody can do this, but you just have to know how.

Just two simple rules.

Don't make friends, search alone

and stop looking at snakefood just as those 'stupid' lizards and 'ugly' birds. ;)
