Wow, that are some stunnig pictures. Love the last fastuosa, what a little beauty that is. That small black zig-zag-line makes it really adorable. *g* Also love all the newt pics, I totally dig the marbled newts.

@ Jeroen, dont you remember, thats the girl who won the prize....."mander of the night"........

The special way of greeting me was after I introduced her to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About the colors, I always have a thing with that, especially with Sal sal the yellow is darker then what I remember........I do not make the colors brighter or anything, but in this trip the flash was often used.........(for some wet reason) most of the pics are close to how I remember the animals except the brown-grey Hyla, that guy was grey....
When I look at others photos of the trip I get the feeling that there was more color then the photos show....

Sandra & Stéphane, Thanks!!!

It haunted us the entire trip, according to the sounds it makes I believe it's related to Yeti tree frog (Hyla hominis).

How could anyone forget about her!? I am eternally grateful to you for introducing me to her.

Well, there was the weather and then there's the childishly positive way how you see the world, I guess  ;) ;) ;)

Was there anything wrong with the weather????? and yes, you are right Jeroen, the world is a great place, very colorful, because the sun shines allways (somewhere except in V s cantabrica-land...))
