Happy new year everybody! Just back from a X-Mas trip to Valencia. Primarily it was a family & friends holiday but I had some time to search for reptiles - a real heart-warmer in this grey season.

: South of Valencia, Podarcis liolepis looks green

: Another green liolepis

: More green...

: ...can't get enough of them

: a nosy female

: Podarcis hispanicus sensu stricto

: Timon lepidus, subadult

: Tarentola mauritanica, sunbasking

: X-Mas herping

: Acanthodactylus erythrurus - I only saw this single specimen

: relaxed Timon

: Hemorrhois hippocrepis

: Valencia city lizard...

: A couple of Podarcis liolepis

: In Valencia, liolepis is not green
