due to the cold easter weather I had time to prepair my recent trip report from Menorca - of course full of great lizards but I even made some snake pictures on this well-explored but wonderful island:

You did it right in normal case I like snakes more than lizards, but the balearic lizards are one big exeption

Yes, someplaces are like a "snake drive in": stop the car, turn a stone, ready... everyone can doherping under such conditions

Hey Peter,

great and entertaining report with beautiful photography! I really like the pictures of Teira perspicillata and the ones of Podarcis lilfordi with the sea in the background.

And who would have thought a trip to Menorca could be so adventurous? With you having to cross stormy waters and all...or was it just to show off that giant tattoo in your report ?
