:lol: me too!!! we are good finding active snakes, but not the basking ones (so good for Malpolon, Hemorrhois, etc... but not for vipers). Your are right, yes. But 1 viper or none in 35 years of my friends, it´s too much. They are not common there for sure (I met a kid friend of Juan Pablo that captured 74 Hemorrhois between January and april, and a lot of Malpolon, Rhinechis, Macroprotodon, etc... but 0 vipers).

I would pay for a course with Engelen and GertJan about how to find vipers!!! I am nervous like a mouse, and vipers need calm and relax ;)
