Well done, Paul! I sure remember a$$ sliding my way through arnoldi habitat too, haha!
And no one writes funnier reports than yours. It must be one of the rare benefits of inbreeding of insular populations :P

Great report Paul! I was excited when I saw it was online, as I expected a fun read, and I was not disappointed :P ! The photos are great as well, I love the Ommatotriton-in-motion pictures.

Thanks for your very kind comments,likewise I look forward very much to reading of your summer herping adventures.. I'm sure Lauras and Bobbys and Gert Jans will be epic...

I returned from Spain on 154 although the cultripes was just tadpoles so I still need to see an adult..looking forward to 155 in Holland in a few weeks.. it will be great to catch up with you all, ruffle some hair and buy some beers.
