Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido

Postby Rafa Carmona » Thu Jan 18, 2018 12:58 am

Hello, my name is Rafa, I am Spanish, from Seville and it is the first time that I upload a post although I am fond of herpetology for a long time.

I share some photos of species observed this summer between July 17 and August 2 by the Ordesa National Park.

The photos were taken during a volunteering of the Spanish herpetological association (AHE). Our objective was to locate and monitor populations of Rana pyrenaica although we also took data from all the amphibians and reptiles found.

Of cameras I use a nikon p900 and canon 1110 d with 18-55 and 70-300 lenses

Thanks! I've been there many years ago... no snakes found!

P.s. Aspis has a meal... Which subspecies lives there?

Seems actually zinnikeri. Was it found on a wet stone or have you put it there for a picture?
