Dear all,

for the next trip I'm planning to upgrade my photo equipment to click nicer macro images during night. For now I use a Nikon D700 and a SB800 without any further extensions/diffusers/....
Using this setting I dislike the hard shades below the animals.

Which system/combination do you use? Do you have recommendations regarding equipment for flash-macro-photography? And can you post example-pictures shot with this equipment?

I thought about a flash bracket* for two flashes with ballheads plus big diffusers (a friend recommended me a setting like that), but am not sure which system to take.

Or do you have other setting recommendations (also regarding diffusers)?
