Yes,I'm not sure but I thing the scalation of head is the same..just a different pattern!..E.sauromates - beautiful snake..I haven't seen one,yet! :(

I canĀ“t see any sign of a pit, so no Crotalinae.
Non divided supraocolar, so no Macrovipera.
Rounded snout, so no Vipera aspis.
Contrasting light suplabialia: Vipera berus group, Vipera ursinii group :?

Vipera aspis aspis, but from these views I think very hard to know.

No, I have taken the pictures outside, on the sunset lights. But the snake has born in captivity. (Not mine...)
