I think its one of the Pelias/Acridophaga group!I can´t see any sign of a pit, so no Crotalinae.
Non divided supraocolar, so no Macrovipera.
Rounded snout, so no Vipera aspis.
Contrasting light suplabialia: Vipera berus group, Vipera ursinii group
