Sri Lanka determinations

Dear Forum,
I have been on a herpeto trip in Sri Lanka.
Most of the observed amphibians and reptiles could be determinated.
But for some of them I had "problems".
Who can help me with these determinations?

Does anyone know whether on Sri Lanka ''herp laws'' are as strict as in India? Btw. I do not understand why it is like this in India, urbanization and polution are much more dangerous for herpetofauna than one naturalist. Ahh, it is much easier to get bribe from foreign man than from local.
