Embryos seem a bit apart for Pelobates (compared to the only band of fuscus eggs I know I've seen, that very same night in another pond 50 m away). Furthermore, it looks more like a lump rather than a band.
For Pelophylax on the other hand, embryos look quite close together + by local standards it would be very early.
