Hi,

Another reptile from Bulgaria, (Lakatnik, north west Bulgaria) i found at the side of a river (about 5-8m up) beside a train station.
What would you say about Elaphe, and maybe longissima. What do you think?

Very typical, just as my specimen, found in northern Italy (Alessandria Province, hills habitat).

On one occasion I met a very pale young longissimus, extremely rare, which could have turned into a very pale yellow adult: unfortunately it was found DOR! :(
