Lizards from Jordan

Dear All,

I visited Jordan long ago in November 2003. It was not a herp trip, I only find three lizards and I can't identify two of them. Please help me id these animals!

The first one is an Acanthodactylus from Aqaba

The second is also an Acanthodactylus from Petra

The third lizard I find is a Stellagama stellio in Nebo-hill

The first one looks like a young opheodurus.
The 2nd: impossible from this pic (opheodurus and/or boskianus would be possible by distribution and pattern)
