Moroccan lizard id

Any help appreciated with ID for this small lizard (c.10cm) in heavily grazed, rocky argan "forest", inland of Agadir.

Didn't seem right for an Acanthodactylus, but can't see many/any other possibilities...

Also a bit (!) confused by the identity of the common spotty/stripey Acanthodactylus on the coast at Oued Tamri and Sous Massa: I've seen photos of pretty much identical animals described as either A. erythrurus atlanticus or A. pardalis busacki...

Welcome Philip!

There are very nice pictures in your Flickr album.
Like all those flower/plant details.

Your lizard is Mesalina olivieri, no Acanthodactylus.
Yes it is very hard to distinguish A. lineomaculatus (atlanticus doesnt reach the coast) from busacki. But there is only a small overlapping zone (the northern parts of the Tamri bay) all from the southern banks on southwards are busacki's.
