This one was found dead on the main road few kilometers from where I live on an altitude of cca 600m

Does not main that there's no restriction (<> strict isolation) in gene flow or historical isolation episode.

The running one originates from SW Slovenia near Croatian border (you know the place)
and the dead one originates from the Postojna area.
