What about Vipera aspis in Germany? Maybe you also can add Proteus?

Finland:

Lacerta agilis is not known to exist in Finland.
Missing species: Lissotriton vulgaris, Triturus cristatus, Anguis fragilis, Vipera berus and Pelophylax ridibundus (introduced)

Missing: Lissotriton vulgaris, Lissotriton helveticus, Ichthysaura alpestris*, Bufo bufo, Rana temporaria, Rana dalmatina (Jersey only) Pelophylax esculentus* Lithobates catesbeianus (may be eradicated), Xenopus laevis (may be eradicated) Podarcis muralis*, Anguis fragilis, Natrix natrix, Zamenis longissimus* Trachemys scripta*
Not here: Podarcis siculus (not any more anyway...)

Kinda ruins the collective spirit of your question, I guess, but if you use what I sent and you will have (nearly-)OKs for a whole lot more countries.

Here exist a small population of introduced Croatian Proteus anguinus.
