Dr. Don Broadley died a few hours ago. A great loss to sub-Saharan herpetology.

A complete overlooked species of Leptotyphlopidae has been described in 2014!!!
Myriopholis lanzai BROADLEY, WADE & WALLACH,2014
destributed in SW Libya (Ghat oasis, Fezzan province), and adjacent Chad.

I wouldn't expect that list to be up to date. Also binning the "sub-saharan"-bit in the first post.

A loss, nonetheless.
