Man, Mario, reading the title of this post raised my heartrate for a moment... ;)

I am working in research (neuroscience) as well and decided to keep my maiden name on future publications to avoid any confusion. Did not work properly, it seems :P

I haven´t even seen it is online already, thanks for the notification!

might i know what exactly you work on currently? i like neuroscience too. recently Poland lost its best neuroscientist https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerzy_Vetulani :(
