Found!

At minute 6.

The first mouse is captured by the female and stolen / eaten by the male.
The second mouse (? but the reconstruction is very doubtful) is killed by the male and left dead over a stone for the female: but this fact is only said by the telling voice. Nothing to see actually from the footage to confirm the "gift" theory... :)

Yes, I found it too but as you said it is not clear what exactly is going on. But don't get stuck on the word "gift", this was just a quick way for me to explain what sort of behavior I was looking for. Whatever is going on it is still fascinating and that's why I want to know more about it. Obviously there is some sort of "colaboration" which as far as I know is unusual among snakes.

The narrating voice uses the term "gift" "Geschenk" too... :D
I bet they have read De Haan...

Well, it is still possible that it is a "gift" in a sense.

The "gift theory" is rather widespread indeed, but on what empirical grounds, on how many reliable observations?
I don't know, and I'd very much like to know, like all of you.
Any more reliable evidence?
