This Saturday we took our daughter to the local patch and we had a blast! :mrgreen:

Habitat

Not only did we find lots of new birds for the patch`s list, including the rare Red-rumped Swallow, but also managed to add a new herp species as well - Triturus cristatus. :D

Yes, this time of the year they are total eye candy. :)
And when you flip one, feels like finding buried treasure; it`s like seeing a nice big emerald!
