Thanks for sharing, nice species and photos! I really like the giganteus shot, one of my favourite species.

Thanks Tomas, the giganteus was a stunner. Searched for several days in vain, then found one during a hike with dozens of other people (who of course chased it off) so I followed it off track for a while. Absolutely marvelous, paying very little attention to only the 2 of us.

Good stuff!!! As Australia is in my top 3 of destinations I'd like to go to next (although... 2nd kid on the way...), I was more than intrigued by your post. Yet, I feel like I have to ask - did I scroll too fast or was the moloch a DOR...?

But yes, 2 DOR.... spent days looking for a life one
Although 1 was fresh and looked quite lifelike when put upright I still didn't feel like posting a picture of it
