United Arab Emirates

Yes I know, you have seen some things already from this region, so get all your strength together and try to work yourself through this one.

With my buddy Jürgen I was 1 week in UAE in October, his photos were already posted, so here is my report about this hot week.

I was envious after seeing Jürgen's pics, I am more so after reading your report.
Sounds like a great trip, congrats on the finds :)

Lovely report, cool idea to put our favorite Trip song (beside “Cry me a river”) in the report!
Seriously, this was one of my best Trips ever, maybe the best, thanks for that!!
I hope you give me one more chance to walk over Sand dunes on the side of the King!

And damned, I forgot to picture the Tiger! Fu**!!!!

Damn dude, awesome finds and awesome pictures. If I wouldn't be looking forward to next summer yet I certainly would now! Love the gecko diversity and those sand dwelling snakes...

Kristian, thanks, it was a great trip!

Michael, thanks a lot!

Frédéric, that one wasn't even on the wishlist, we thought we had less then zero chance of finding it, so we did not go to known places for that, but yes, it was my highlight of the year.

Paul, thanks, I will play the Taylor video right now!!

Jürgen, sorry, I know you like Justin Timberlake (try to pronounce it in german) more, let me know about your new and fresh snake tracking skills....

Laura, thanks!

Bobby, Cheers maatje, you are going in summer? for me it was the most horrible climate ever, I wish you the best, I heard september is the best month with the highest humidity....

Yes early August, the start of our honeymoon. A week of desert followed by three weeks jungle on the Seychelles :D
From what we've been told this timing should be okay for the UAE...
