Cerstes vipera in southeast Morocco

Postby Mario Schweiger » Fri Jun 19, 2009 7:42 am

Just to get this forum startet.
2 scans of old slides, taken at the end of September 1989.

South of Erfoud, there are the only larger sanddunes in Morocco.
A small oasis is called Merzouga. This you may reach also by a non 4x4 car, although the way on some parts is deep sandy.

You may see many footprints in the sand.
Because lots of tourists celebrate the sunrise (with a bottle of "Spumante" on top of the dunes.
And - unfortunately - many forget to take the empty bottles back.
