Hello,

I was in Corsica the 27/04 to the 10/05. Mostly for seing family but I always have time for herping :)

First, Bonifacio, with a surprise for the snake lovers ;) (enjoy it, it's the last!) :

A beautiful Natrix natrix corsa.

The small Algyroides fitzingeri, a very quick one, hard to photograph ...

It's the kingdom of Salamandra corsica, common in the beech forest, with ponds full of their offspring :

Fantastic! Those Natrix natrix corsa look stunning. The face of the Bufotes reminds me somehow of a neotropical Glass Frog...

Wow, the Discoglossus tadpoles look amazing! Thanks for sharing, I also like the breeding pools of the same frogs.

I knew that you will love that snake :D. I pesonally prefer the corsican Discoglossus !
