Wow - who would have thought it! I remember going to Hong Kong years ago but it never even crossed my mind to look for reptiles there! Not sure if May is the best month for it but it definitely is an interesting option. Lantau Island looks great.

Thanks once again all - I have had a great response from this. I also received a suggestion from Hans Breuer from FHF (he may be on this site too) that had the great idea of Camp Permai in Kuching, Borneo. Just have to make a decision now. The one thing against Hong Kong is it doesnt have the typical warm, crystal clear waters that the wife may be looking for, but then again it has way more cultural interest than many of the other places.
