ehh im now on tenerife, my camera is stollen and prices of cameras are higher here than in poland, but i am borrowing a camera, so far 3 herptile species observed
in "Las especies introducidas
de Anfibios y Reptiles
Juan M. PLEGUEZUELOS" i have read that besides Gallotias, Chalcides viridanus and Tarentola delalandii these species below were observed in nature on Tenerife :
Anolis carolinensis
Anolis equestris
Anolis sagrei
Alligator mississippiensis
Caiman crocodilus
Boa constrictor
Python regius
Chelydra serpentyna
Bufo marines
Iguana iguana

wow, even crocodiles!
but damn the website where the book suggests that more info can be found is down http://www.gobiernocanarias.org/medioam ... troducidas
what to do ;_;
i have been looking for anolises near playa de fanabe but without success, were the anolises observed in terrain of hotel jardines de nivaria? it would be hard to get there not being accommodated there

I've never been on Tenerife but the Anolis can be found in the garden of Hotel Jardines de Nivaria as you mentioned. I know someone who found them there and he said you should enter via the main entrance of the hotel and in the more western part of the garden he found three individuals.
