Quite a surprise. Stunning illustrations, this looks promising!

Britain is still not part of Europe, I can read from the cover ;)

Deadlines are approaching, titles and cover layout may change, but for sure some day there will be a number of very proud creative fathers on here

Thanks again for the replies! The drawings are the backbone of the book, but I hope to include some pictures as well. To be continued.

Great work guys! I will definitely get this book! I hope this will be the new 'reference' for European amphibians and reptiles field guides. :)

I see a lobby for Salamandra salamandra on the cover.. ;)

Looks like a really appealing and updated guide! Few questions to the authors:

- What will be your definition of "Europe" (which countries will it cover)?

- How are you going to proceed for the distribution maps (are you using previous published maps and adding new localities? Are you going to implement precise localities as well?).

- How could the people from the forum help you with this project? (pictures, info about locations, reviewing of specific topics in the litterature, etc.)

Good luck to you :!:

Edit: The vipera-lobby should be more active to have at least one viper on the cover ;)
