Hey everybody,
in August, Bobby, Wouter, Joachim, Manuel and I spent two weeks in beautiful Guatemala - the land of milk and honey for salamander lovers!
Guatemala's jungles were stunning, both in term of landscapes and biodiversity. Traveling through cloud forests and dense jungle, past volcanoes and Mayan temples, we could observe more than 100 species of reptiles and amphibians. Amongst them as iconic ones as Bolitoglossa dofleini as well as many other Bolitoglossid salamanders, Bradytriton silus, Corytophanus cristatus, Agalychnis callidryas, Bothriechis schlegeli or Crocodylus moreletii.
