California 2011

For your reports/images, made outside Europe and the "Mediterranean" countries. Not to be too narrow minded and limited to our European/Mediterranean herps.

Holy c**p! ;O) That must have been the hell of a cool vacation. I love North American herps. I'm especially jealous of that red-sided garter. I find them so extremly beautiful. Also love all the salamander pics. I really have to look at your entire collection of pics from your trip in more detal within the next days. Really neat stuff. :O)

Unbelievable pictures and animals. We added the USA to our "to do" list.

Yes, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Yosemite, Lassen and Redwoods (= except Joshua Tree, all NPs in California).

Very nice post. I really like the California kingsnake from the desert.

Thanks, Ross, nice to see you found your way here from the FHF ;) . It was too big for me to handle into a more estethic pose just by myself (out in the desert at 2:30am... those were the days aaah!).
