Is it the same individual as on Pierre-Yves's photo?
Seems different to me.

But just look at the colours. The individual in Frank's pictures is uniformly dark brown,
with no pattern. I'd rather wait for Pierre-Yves and Frank to settle this.

No it was during our last travel 2011. I captured this Hierophis on the south Istria, near Vodnjan, I didn't take this one in picture.
