I would say => muralis ;)

Why? "long" pointed snout, unbroken Ciliar-lines, too much contrast between dorsal side and flanks

Definitely muralis - same reasons as Mario pointed, and generally the overall proportions (legs to body, head to body, etc.)

There's no muralis at all in the area (naturally) where this picture was taken. The seemingly coarse dorsal scaling (picture-poorness effect?) and shortish tail and hind legs and toes had me fooled for a second. Another alien it is.

What do You think about possibility of wall lizard presence in Poland? ? It is known from Slovakia, relatively close to polish border.
