Nice pics, good work ! the frogs/toads/Salamandra's are for me the best. Be carefull to dont give the same "environmental context" to your pictures ;)

As pointed out by PY, I think your pictures are wonderful because they highlight the true beauty of those animals, but I also like to see a bit more of their biotope when looking at a picture.

Thanks for your comments!

Yeah, by now I mainly focus on the animals themselves and don't show much of the environment. I'll see that I'll take some shots with surroundings in the future as well so you don't get bored with me :)

Hey there!

Like I said, I tried to bring some more variety in my shots, so this time I've got a Salamandra in his habitat for you:

Additionaly I've got a photo of what I believe is a juvenile Lissotriton helveticus, that one again focusing on the animal itself:

Awesome pictures as usual. I think you're doing good with the habitat shot of the salamander. The Lissotriton is also very beautifully photographed, although it maybe difficult to tell the exact species at that age.

Agreed, this shot is really nice (BTW, really good scorpion gallery on your Flickr profile!).
