Yes there should be some population which have a very high green level. I' ve read about a population near to my area were they life, but I didn't find one when I searched for them there. Maybe next year also some complete green agilis. Very nice one out of Romania!
Edit: Yes Jürgen and Peter already said it. (Peter do you like to look for them next year? )

I found one complete green one with blue head near Aitrach im Allgäu some years ago. It looked perfect like a small bilineata/viridis.
