finally have some free time, state examination is coming closer and I' m not able to compel myself to study :) I spent most of the last two days on a local spots. Here are some photos.

Great pictures. My favorite are the smooth snake close-up and the slow-worm close up. That one natrix pic is quite funny, too, I hope it is just a drama queen playing dead.

Thank you! Which one do you mean? This one is unfortunately not playing. It is a dead juvenile, probably drowned from exhaustion when trying to hunt some tadpoles.
